Luxenta Cleaning offer flexible cleaning appointments to suit your schedule. No minimum term contract, only 1 month notice. We do our best to accommodate any required schedule changes.
Once we finalise your schedule, a fully vetted and reference checked cleaner/s will be assigned to you on ongoing basis and fully instructed substitute staff provided in case of sick or holiday leave. We believe that building a relationship based on reliability, consistency and confidence with a person is the best cleaning arrangement. Our office cleaners will follow your alarm and locking up instructions to maintain the office security at all times.

How do you vet your cleaners?
All Luxenta Cleaners are interviewed in person and vetted, covering the following checks: proof of address, identifications, permission to work in UK, work references, check of cleaning tasks skills. All cleaners undergo our professional training program.
What time can you attend the cleaning?
We do our job professionally and efficiently by visiting your office premises before or after working hours. We have a completely flexible approach, considering what’s suitable to your working process.
Can we trust your cleaners with a set of keys and alarm instructions?
We would recommend that you give a set of keys to your assigned cleaner/s from the start of the cleaning arrangement to minimise the disruption to your staff. Your assigned cleaner/s is the key holder. Your keys are in the office for safekeeping when your cleaner is away and will be handed over to the replacement cleaner by your explicit consent. All Luxenta cleaners are vetted, insured and reference checked. You can rely on us to keep your office building safe and secure by following the lock up instructions.
Do you have extra charges when the cleaning is done at the weekend or on public holidays?
No there aren’t any extra charges. The same rates apply with no additional charges for cleanings at the weekend or on public holidays.
Do we need to arrange a parking permit for our assigned cleaner/s?
All Luxenta cleaners use public transportation to reach their destinations. The jobs are scheduled by proximity with no more than 1 hour for travelling. The only thing you need to do is choose a convenient day and time at which your sessions will take place.
What if we need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning session?
You may cancel any scheduled cleaning appointment up to five workings days prior with no cancellation charges. In the event of cancellation without prior notice, cancellation fees apply. Please read the Terms & Conditions/Cancellation “Section 9” for detailed information about our Cancellation policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
The payment for the cleaning service can be arranged by bank. You will be invoiced per calendar month and given 14 day terms from invoice date.
Do we sign a cleaning contract? How shall we proceed if we want to terminate the cleaning service?
There is no term contract for using our Office Cleaning Service. By choosing to go ahead with the service, our Terms and Conditions apply. We require a notice of 30 days to terminate the cleaning agreement, in which event all cleaning appointments scheduled in this period stand. In the event of immediate cancellation penalty fees apply. Can you provide references?
Yes, upon request we can provide you with customer references. We also have many testimonials from our existing customers on our website.
How often can you visit our office premises?
Our Office Cleaning Service is tailored to your requirements. We offer daily or weekly cleaning sessions based on the required cleaning tasks.
Can we specify the cleaning days?
You can specify the cleaning day and time, which will be discussed with you beforehand. We do our best to accommodate the suitable day and time for you. Your assigned cleaner/s will visit the office on the same day and time going forward.
Will we have the same cleaner on each visit? What happens if our cleaner is on holiday or sick leave?
You will be assigned the same cleaner on every visit. We believe that building a relationship based on reliability, consistency and confidence with a person is the best cleaning arrangement. On the occasions of holiday or sick leave a replacement cleaner will be arranged, if that’s required by you. We guarantee for the efficiency of the replacement staff, who will be fully instructed on your requirements.
Do you supply all required cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, all cleaning materials (detergents, equipment) are included in the agreed price. Additionally we can supply consumables such as toilet rolls, bin liners, dishwasher tabled etc., which would be invoiced at the end of each calendar month.
What if we are not happy with the service?
If you have any complaints please contact the office within 24 hours of completion of the cleaning session. The cleaner will re-clean the areas in question free of charge. We do our best to provide the highest quality of cleaning service and make sure to hear back from you after the session to ensure that you are fully satisfied and happy. If you are not completely satisfied we can offer to assign a new cleaner. To find out more please read the Terms and Conditions/ Complaints “Section 4”.
What if something is damaged during the cleaning? Do you have insurance?
Luxenta Cleaning is fully insured with Liability Policy Insurance. We take full responsibility for any damages or breakages caused during the cleaning. Any damages should be reported by the customer within 24 hours after completion of the cleaning session. All Luxenta cleaners have been instructed to report any issues during the cleaning. Please read the full information in our Terms and Conditions/ Liability “Section 6”.
