With Luxenta Cleaning, we let you know up front our estimated quotation based on the property size and the cleaning task list. We advise on the sufficient cleaning time, cleaning process, required cleaning supplies so best results are achieved. We keep you updated on the cleaner’s progress during the initial session and discuss with you any unforeseen situations so we to proceed as per your convenience.
Going forward you receive regular reports along with supervision through Quality Control checks. And should you have further queries or run into any problems, our dedicated customer service team is on hand six days a week to help you out.

All prices below are set with NO EXTRA HIDDEN CHARGES.
OTHER CHARGES
Extra Charges may apply for properties out of zone 6, congestion zone and parking permit, agreed beforehand with the customer.
All Quotations are confirmed and agreed with the customer. No other charges would be applied.
On the occasion when the estimated quotation is to be amended
due to unforeseen circumstances, incomplete information or less cleaning hours required, we would discuss with the customer to find the right solution.
PAYMENT
Nowadays setting up a bank payment / standing order is as simple as a click away rather than having cash or trying to remember to take money out of the ATM.
With Luxenta, you can either pay by cash or by bank transfer.
The payment is due after completion and inspection of the cleaning job.
CLEANING SUPPLIES
For the Domestic Cleaning all cleaning products, tools and equipment are to be provided by the client.
Please browse our List with Recommended Cleaning Supplies and let us know if you have any preferences, depending on your surfaces/finishings. We are more than happy to get all cleaning products for an additional price.
For the One Off Cleaning Services as End of Tenancy Cleaning, One Off Spring Cleaning, After Builders Cleaning professional cleaning products, tools and equipment can be provided by Luxenta Cleaning (or by the client).
